Dear Sharon,
Are you happy up there
in heaven?
You know at this time
of the year, there is a lot of parties, candies and Christmas songs that fill
up our holiday season.
I am busy looking for presents
for all the kids and friends.
I remember a year ago
the afternoon Harry’s dad and I went
Christmas shopping. Harry’s dad
picked a French dictionary for you and I picked that little notebook set for
you. Finally we decided the notebook was it. I knew you liked dreams and liked
to write them down. I was proud when I
showed it to Harry and Harry
said, “It is a good present for Sharon.”
Sharon,
what would you like for this year? I stood at the shop shelf and was thinking
of you. Just as usual, I would like to make you happy. I picked candles. I chose
candles because I heard that when I light up the candle you would come and
visit us. I will light the candles on Christmas Eve to welcome you.
Sharon,
you were a happy girl. Now becoming an angel, you must be happy to see we are
all good. Your mom and dad are still missing you a lot. Ruiyi’s family went
back to Shanghai
for the holiday. Charles’s mom organized a huge party last Sunday so we got to
see each other and shared wonderful times. Harry, Charles and
Ziyi watched a DVD that Harry
borrowed from Blockbuster. Your little
sister was there too. She is doing very well at her new school. She loves dogs
so our Christmas present for her is going to be a kissing dog.
Sharon,
you have been gone for half a year now, but you are still here with us. We love
to keep you in our life.
Just as you were, I
wish you to be happy up there.
Love
Linda
